Building on the success of the 2019 inaugural edition, the 2nd Future of Financial Information conference will take place on 27-29th of May 2020. Our initial plan was to host it at Stockholm Business School Kräftriket campus in Stockholm, Sweden. However, with no end in sight to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Conference is moving online – more information available in the Conference program.
Darrell Duffie, Stanford University
Lily Fang, INSEAD
Focal points for the 2nd edition will be information flows in over-the-counter markets and the role of information intermediaries.

[8 Apr 2020] Following the Swedish government’s decision to ban gatherings of more than 50 people and given the ever serious situation with the COVID-19 outbreak, the Future of Financial Information conference is moving online. As much as I regret not being able to welcome all speakers and participants to our beautiful Kräftriker campus, I am confident in the quality of insights the conference will provide and see this as an opportunity to lower the barriers to participation and attract an even broader audience. Stay tuned for further updates!
[5 Feb 2020] 135 papers were submitted to the conference, representing 50% growth over the year before. I’m delighted to see the conference gaining such traction, which confirms that it is a timely and topical event. I look forward to selecting the final program, together with my colleagues and the program committee!
